A disgusting scene is playing out in a Nevada neighborhood. It has flies feasting and neighbors fleeing.
Jim Davis/Neighbor:
Decayed meat, it smells just like death.
The neighborhood smells of rotting meat. When a butcher went bankrupt he left behind this refrigerated trailer of meat, which had its power shut off several weeks ago. Accompanying the stench are maggots and ooze. Karen has to walk her dog by it.
Karen/Neighbor:
I hold my nose. It does smell pretty bad.
The smell is so bad residents of a nearby mobile home park say it's hard to even eat some days.
Jennifer King/Neighbor:
After that thing has cooked all day, you don't wanna eat dinner. It's bad.
The former owner says he doesn't have a key to the fridge. He says the bankruptcy trustee shut off the power, and he doesn't know why. People say they just want something done about it.
Jim Davis:
Birds are eating the maggots and they go down the street to my bird bath.
Jennifer King:
The dogs, my dogs were getting sick. They were throwing up. Their eyes were itching. I thought they were into something. I've been sick all week.
On Tuesday, chemicals were sprayed around the trailer in hopes of killing the flies. An environmental health spokesman is hopeful the mess will be cleaned up within the next day or two

우리 개들이 아팠어요. 녀석들은 토했고 눈도 가려웠습니다. 녀석들이 뭔가에 걸렸다고 생각했습니다. 저도 일주일 내내 아팠습니다.
화요일에 파리들이 없어질 것을 기대하면서 트레일러 주변에 화학약품이 뿌려졌습니다. 한 환경 보건 대변인은 앞으로 하루 이틀 안으로 이 더러운 것들이 치워질 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.
